Haastia recurva var. wallii Cockayne

Var. wallii Ckn. in T.N.Z.I. 50, 1918, 175.

Type locality: "Shingle slip near the summit of Mount Fyffe, Seaward Kaikoura Mountains"―one plant noted. Type: W, Herb. L. Cockayne 4565.

Lvs and capitula smaller; hairs for the most part white; phyll. apiculate.
