Arthonia phymatodes C.Knight

A. phymatodes Knight, T.N.Z.I. 16: 403 (1884).

Type: New Zealand. Sine loco?Wellington. Charles Knight, ?WELT - not seen.

Thallus thin, greyish-green, cracked subtubercular, tubercles convex. Ascocarps minute, 0.3 mm diam., disc flat, greyish-brown. Ascospores 4-septate, upper cell largest, 20 × 8 µm.

N: Known only from the type collection.
