Distribution and Ecology : The variety may represent a mere meso-hygrophytic extreme of Temnoma quadripartitum (Schuster, 1967a). The variety occurs in southern South America, Marion Island, St. Paul Island and one New Zealand station—along a watercourse at 1315–1435 m on Mt. Hector, Tararua Ra.
