Spilonema dendroides Henssen

Holotype: New Zealand, Stewart I. Port Pegasus. On Podocarpus hallii bark in Dacrydium-Weinmannia forest. G. Einar Du Rietz 223a, 1927, S!

Thallus delicate fruticose, in small straggling tufts on bark. Branches dichotomously dividing, thin, delicate, translucent, shining, bluish-green, terete, 1.5 mm long, 0.5 mm thick. Apothecia not seen.

St: Known only from the type collection.
