Singapore 19: 187-252 (1962), who transferred N.Z. taxa treated by Allan (1961) in Paratrophis to this Asian, Malaysian, and Australasian genus. Webb, C. J., in Connor, H. E. and Edgar, E., New Zealand J. Bot. 25: 136 (1987), completed transfers of the spp. accepted by Allan.
