Albizia julibrissin
ζ*Albizia julibrissin Durazz ζ*, silk tree, is often cultivated, but has been collected as naturalised only once and that from a flax swamp in Tauranga Bay, S.W. Nelson in 1939. It is similar in general appearance to Paraserianthes lophantha but differs in being deciduous, in having glabrous twigs, and pink fls arranged in globose rather than cylindric infls.(Asia, from Turkey to Japan, 1981).
