Ovary 2-celled, styles persistent; ovules ∞; capsules coriac., 2-valved, septicidally dehiscent. Shrubs or trees with pinnate lvs. Genus of a few spp. in New Guinea, Australia, N.Z.; the N.Z. sp. endemic.
