Uncertain Species

Type: New Zealand, South Is., S of Haast, Schuster FAA–1041.
We are uncertain of the status of the species, and we have not examined the type. The leaf size (1.5 × 1.6–3.2 mm) and the bistratose capsule wall fit our concept of Solenostoma orbiculatum, where this species seems to belong.
