Bacidia albicerata is characterised by: the corticolous habit; pale glaucous, effuse thallus; minute, pale yellowish gyalectiform apothecia, 0.5 mm diam; and 3-septate, ellipsoidal ascospores, 8–16 × 6–9 μm.
