Lupinus albus

ζ*L. albus L. ζ*, white lupin, has been collected from one site only, alluvial flats along streams, Diggers Valley, Kaitaia, Northland, 1954. An annual herb. Leaflets 5-9, 25-50 × 10-17 mm. Fls white or tinged blue, not scented, 13-16 mm long, alternate, or sometimes subverticillate in upper part of infl.; pedicels 1-3 mm long. (E. Mediterranean, Asia Minor, 1957).
