ζc. laurifolius

ζ*C. laurifolius L.

ζ*C. laurifolius L. ζ* is a cultivated sp. related to C. ladanifer and has been recorded wild in Dunedin; a sterile specimen from Havelock North may also represent it. It is less viscid than C. ladanifer, has hairy shoots, dull grey-green lvs and cymes of 5-10 fls, with white, unblotched petals 2.5-3.5 cm long. (W. Mediterranean region, 1962).
