ζm. longipetala subsp. bicornis
ζ*M. longipetala (Vent.) DC. subsp. bicornis (Sibth. et Smith) P. Ball ζ*, night scented stock, is a straggling annual with fragrant pink to purple fls with slender petals. It has been collected only once (CHR 121905, Milton, Otago, Healy, 28.1.1957) and was recorded as a casual in Canterbury by Healy, A. J., in Knox, G. A., The Natural History of Canterbury (1968, as M. bicornis). (C. and S. Greece, Aegean, Middle East, 1968).
