Epilobium rostratum var. pubens Petrie

Var. pubens Petrie in T.N.Z.I. 45, 1913, 265.

Type: W (Herb. Petrie), "dry ground in Awatere Valley, Marlborough, L. Cockayne, Jan. 11, 1912."

Plants depressed, stems spreading, all parts densely pubescent and rather more fleshy.

DIST.: Drainage area of Upper Awatere River.
