Arthonia epiodes

Description : Flora (1985: 11).

N: Known only from the type collection.

Endemic

Arthonia epiodes is characterised by: the corticolous habit; the blotchy whitish, indeterminate thallus; round to oblong, black apothecia, 0.5–0.7 mm diam.; and oval–oblong, 7-septate ascospores, 32–40 × 10–14 μm.
