ζtheleophyton Moq.

ζTheleophyton Moq.

ζTheleophyton Moq. ζ is also indigenous to Australia and often included within Atriplex. The single sp., T. billardierei Moq., is a small ± prostrate plant of coastal sands, sometimes in open communities of indigenous and naturalised spp. It is readily distinguished from Atriplex spp. by the abundance of shining papillae resembling members of the Aizoaceae.
