Anastrophyllum schismoides (Mont.) Steph. var. schismoides

Leaf cell trigones bulging to, more often, nodulose, often confluent, the cell lumen stellate and surrounded mostly by the trigones; marginal cells of leaf with exposed wall distinctly thickened, the wall thickness equal to or exceeding the lumen diameter.

This is the more common of the varieties.
