ζ*Moehringia trinervia (L.) Clairv. ζ*, a slender annual with lanceolate to ovate, acute, ciliate lvs, stipules 0, a 6-valved capsule, and shiny, smooth, brownish black seeds with a small pale persistent strophiole, has been collected once, from Totaranui, N.W. Nelson (CHR 185962, Esler, 1957). (Europe, Asia Minor, N.W. Africa, 1988).
