Capitula solitary; involucral bracts in 1-2 rows, with few or 0 supplementary bracts subtending base of involucre. Receptacle flat or slightly convex; scales 0. Outer florets ♀, ligulate, in several rows; ligules yellow; inner florets functionally ♂, tubular. Achenes narrow-cylindric, 5-ribbed, glabrous; pappus denticulate.
