Neslia paniculata

ζ*Neslia paniculata (L.) Desv.

ζ*Neslia paniculata (L.) Desv. ζ*, is a tall stellate-hairy annual, with simple oblong to lanceolate lvs, amplexicaul above, small yellow fls and small hard sculptured indehiscent silicles. It has been collected twice, from Palmerston North and Wallaceville, but neither collection is recent. The specimens are referable to subsp. paniculata. It has also been recorded in N.Z. as Vogelia paniculata. (C. and E. Europe, N. Africa, C. and W. Asia, 1947).
