Celmisia petiolata var. membranacea Kirk

Var. membranacea Kirk Stud. Fl. 1899, 944.

Rather more slender in all parts, lamina tapering to apex and base, membr., sts almost flaccid, glab. or nearly so above and below, reticulations ± evident. Scape ± pubescent; capitula ± 3-5 cm. diam.; phyll. glab. or nearly so.

DIST.: S. Rock-crevices, herbfield: drainage areas of Upper Clarence, Waiau, Maruia Rivers, and Lyell Range. Possibly worthy of specific rank.
