Myosotis capitata Hook.f.

M. capitata Hook. f., Fl. Antarct.  1:   56  (1844)

Rosette lvs to 12 × 2.5 cm, covered above with long silky spreading hairs. Lateral branches erect, to 30 cm long; internodes < lvs. Cymes ebracteate, usually branched; fls many and crowded. Corolla deep blue, 4-8 mm diam.; tube cylindric; lobes broad, flat; anther tips about level with scales.
